Thanks to the constant web-surfing of my husband, I have found a daily source of inspiration. Just to "window shop" through the dozens of photos makes me want to cook something. Something GOOD! I love to see the creativity and passion other people have for food. I never cease to be amazed at the beauty of it all. To take simple raw ingredients and make something that nourishes not only your body but your soul is incredible.

Baking Cupcakes...Life is Sweet!
On my quest for the perfect SuperBowl Party man-food I came across these wonderful cupcakes. Straight from the pages of Martha Stewart Living was a recipe for Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes. Cake, vanilla cream and chocolate ganache...who can go wrong? It is quite a jump from man-food to cupcakes but after those spicy hotwings, chips and salsa, and sub sandwiches I got no complaints from the men. The wives and kiddos enjoyed them too.
*The recipe was easy to follow and didn't require any special baking skills. Just make sure to butter and flour the cupcake pans well...Not using baking cups can make for a sticky situation.
